Individual dossier of each guard is maintained at our Head Office with the zonal Managers and performance reviewed fortnightly..

TRAINING FACILITIES
- EFFECTIVE TRAINING CENTRES OF GUARDS
- Proper infrastructure for the training of guards is located in HARAPANAHALLI & BANGLORE.
- Training pertaining to company profile, drill, Standing Order Procedures, Fire Fighting Drill along with practices is conducted by experienced Army personal.
Adapting to the special needs of our client’s and individualizing our services is our company policy. Hence guards are recruited for each Post, keeping in mind the personality and profile desired by the client. Our essential recruitment Qr.’s are as follows:
- Must be physically fit and mentally robust.

- Minimum height should be 5’6″.
- Should be minimum matriculate but Intermediates are preferred and age in the span of 21-40 years.
- Should be able to read and write in Regional language Hindi & English and should have a high level of IQ.
We have established Training School in Bangalore and Faridabad manned by ex-Defense officers imparting basic training to the newly recruited guards. In addition, we have Full-fledged Training Academy handled by ex -Army Officer at Bangalore to meet the requirements of operations. Our main subject of training includes Basic Training on security, Guests Handling, Reception and Telephone related duties, Industrial Security, Firefighting and prevention, handling of contingencies and crisis management etc. Refresher training of one to two days is also organized for the experienced security personnel. On the job training is however inbuilt.

Shoes Black Oxford Pattern, Black Trousers, Dark blue Shirt with Logo, Lanyard with Whistle, Cap with badge, Red & black Scarf, Shoulder title, Personal Identity Card with colored photograph. An option of CEREMONIAL uniform is given according to client’s requirement to add color on special Occasions. This includes a red sash, KAMARBAND, white anklets and batons color.
